  • Full service property management to low, moderate, and market rate cooperative and regular residential properties. We provide full financial and physical management as well as an a la carte of services in between.

  • Consulting - FAM provides consulting services on various management issues including Fair Housing complaints, Reasonable Accommodation requests, Grievance Procedures, complex resident/staffing issues, and navigating through HUD, CHFA and DECD requirements.  FAM has extensive experience with mitigating risks associated with complex affordable housing exposures.

  • Training - FAM offers training to boards and managers on everything from the basics of reading financial statements to long term capital improvement reserve planning.
